Universal Filler

Water-soluble ready to use filler. Easy to apply and sand. Dry interior spaces: Use on walls and ceilings for levelling rough spots, joints, and surfaces; also use on the seam tape fastenings of gypsum board panels. For substrates such as concrete, lightweight concrete, plaster, and wood fiber and gypsum board panels. Substrates must be dry, dust-free, and clean.
